I’ve given up on jogging. I sure it’s because of the 20mins and getting to the flow state, but there it is. Instead, I walk for an hour each day at a good clip, and love it, look forward to it, and don’t feel right if I haven’t.

To each their own, as long as there’s an ‘own’ somewhere in their life to stay relatively healthy.
