I could have sided with either argument. Either being irritated by his cheating, and all that effort needed around that, or by the sheer brilliance of the deed.

I’ve come down on the side of being impressed by his cunning, and his bravado. I suspect had I come up with this plot I’d have been far more cautious, perhaps a day a week? But damn, he just went for it in a huge way!

I don’t usually commend any dishonesty, but this made me smile.
