Disappointing news! I was hoping for a real, obvious result that would keep me incentivized to be proactive.
I’m not a runner. I just hear too many stories about bad knees. So I walk —a lot, and a focused half-hour each day at a ramped-up pace.
I really look forward to it, in a way I never did running. I still believe any daily activity is better than none, so will keep going.
