And who knows what that naysayer’s history is that would make them dislike something. I realize more and more how much my perspective of something can be dramatically different from someone else’s.

Even if your ambitions are fame and fortune, one only needs a tiny percentage of the population to love your work. Who cares about the rest?

Being appealing to everyone also means all the edge and character has been removed. A sanitized version of ourselves —No thanks.
